Return Process

Perform a factory reset on your camera or doorbell to remove personal data, then pack the device securely in its original box with all cables and mounts.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
